I’ve had a lovely experience at The Salon last week with Carlos doing my Highlights for my birthday . He was very professional and understanding of what I was looking for. His attention to detail was amazing and he made me leave the salon absolutely delighted with my natural highlights. Just what I wanted. Excellent, thank you Carlos for your service and hospitality. I’ve been going to Simon for over 20 years since I was a teenager and honestly, if loyalty were an Olympic sport, I’d have a gold medal by now. They say never change your hairdresser once you find “the one”, and I fully believe that trusting your hairdresser is on the same level as trusting your dentist… maybe even more. Simon is that hairdresser. He is hands down the best stylist I have ever come across. Incredibly experienced, talented, and most importantly he actually listens. Not the “uh-huh” listening while doing whatever he wants, but real listening. He understands exactly what I want and somehow always manages to make my hair look even better than I imagined. The service is always amazing, professional, warm, and effortless. I walk out feeling confident, happy, and like my hair is living its best life. Every. Single. Time. At this point, I’ve decided I will remain loyal to Simon for as long as I live… or until he retires (and even then, I might try to convince him not to). If you’re lucky enough to have Simon as your hairdresser 💇♀️ never let him go and if you don’t yet… congratulations, you’re about to meet the one.

Though I live in Little Venice, I had never tried this salon but I had been looking for one within walking distance of my home. Today I went in for some advice about whether to cut my hair or wait (I am growing out a pixie cut). The salon itself, has a bright, professional and luxury feel to it. The stylist at the desk sat me down in the chair and really took her time to show me my different options, had great customer service skills and was so lovely & welcoming. I ended up deciding to wait a little longer. From this experience, when I do cut my hair in a couple of months, I will definitely be booking here and glad to have found a great place nearby!

Ive just had my first visit to this Salon , and could not be happier with my Colour and keratin treatment. I had a full head of highlights of creamy blonde and had it done very naturally which looks amazing. I then has a keratin treatment to get rid off my frizz and slight curl at my crown area which has worked wonders. Thank you very much Carlos for your hospitality and patience with my hair. I’m truly grateful and blessed to have had you doing my colour and keratin. I couldn’t be more grateful with your beautiful work ❤️
